Your coaching program is customized for you individually, and provides the practical tips, tools, and skills that work for you. By developing and honing these skills, your coaching program helps you to promote yourself both internally and externally and move forward towards your goals. Your customized coaching program is designed to help you reach the next level quickly and expeditiously.

Your coaching program is comprised of two concurrent tracks. The first track, a series of telephone coaching sessions, provides the foundation and necessary tools for the second track, the creation of a written personal strategic plan that helps you get to the next level. Most importantly, the two concurrent tracks focus on implementation. Topics may include:

  • Personal branding
  • Communication skills
  • Identifying strengths
  • Internal and external promotional strategies
  • Networking skills

Your ten session program begins with a one-hour intensive interview to target specific areas of concern and interest. After this session, your customized plan is developed. Your remaining bi-weekly sessions are 45 minutes each and are conducted by telephone. These sessions:

  • Provide systematic approaches;
  • Bring the most recent and most effective ideas to help you stay abreast of current market information and trends;
  • Guide you in making the most of existing internal and external contacts and assessing and pursuing new opportunities effectively; and
  • Teach the skills required to be successful.

The program includes unlimited short phone calls and e-mails during the coaching sessions.
