Optimus Legal offers both standard contingent fee placement, and more innovative fee structures that are generally more cost effective. The standard contingent fee structure is based on industry standards, with the placement fee calculated based upon a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary – generally 25%. This fee is payable upon hire.
Our more innovative fee structures are similar to our consulting projects in that the pricing is based on our time investment rather than on candidate salary. These special fee structures include exclusive time arrangements, and are always capped at an agreed upon amount. Since pricing is based upon actual time expended or expected to be expended on the search, the easier the search is expected to be, the more cost effective pricing we are able to offer our clients. Our innovative fee arrangements are always less than contingent fee pricing.
